Trainee Car Sales Executive required by my Main Dealer Motor Garage based in the Aldershot area of Hampshire. Will consider anyone who has a stable career history within a customer facing / retail environment.
Job Role – New or Used Car Sales Executive
Job Location – Aldershot in Hampshire (Near Farnham, Farnborough, Camberley, Fleet)
Salary – 15k Basic salary / OTE 35k
Hours – Monday – Saturday 8:30am to 5pm plus day off in the week.

Trainee Car Sales Executive Role:
- To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
- To discuss funding, and sell additional Finance & Paint Protection related products.
- To build and maintain your customer database.
- To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
As a Trainee Car Sales Executive:
- To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
- To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
- To have previous experience of working to targets and be able to demonstrate
- Previous experience of working within the motor trade would be essential
- To have a valid driving licence is essential
