Our client is a busy main dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to run their service department.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations
- Review CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction
- Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff
- Manage, coach, and motivate your team to build long-term staff satisfaction and potential progression
- Control costs for the department
- Monitor performance against agreed targets / budgets
- Control the recruitment process, as required
- Perform performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and implement targeted marketing activity
- Review Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record
- Strong leadership skills and ability to be an ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group
