You’ll be working closely with IT and business team members to ensure smooth relationships with customers. You will be dealing with IT support calls, troubleshooting and escalating to other team members.
You will need to be naturally technically minded with good interpersonal skills and show business enterprise. You will need to think quick and prioritise problem solving within all aspects of tasks.

The successful candidate will join on a Full-Time basis in Surrey office and will benefit from a Salary package of 35K per annum plus performance related benefits. The salary offered will increase for exceptional candidates with excellent knowledge/experience.
