We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wills Probate Solicitor to join our well-established and growing private client department based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The Role
- Manage your own varied caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
- Providing exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process
About You
- Is a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Has at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client/Wills Probate.
