Senior Private Client Solicitor

My client is a highly respected law firm, established near New Malden , Surrey . Due to on-going growth, they are now seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor (4-year plus PQE) to join their law firm.

You will have the opportunity to expand your legal knowledge in this area and develop, gaining invaluable experience.
Position Overview:

• Overseeing junior members of the Private client Team, (currently consisting of 3x fee earners plus support staff)
• Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
• Dealing with Trust Administration and the administration of estates
• Providing tax advice to a range of clients
• Running your own case-load & reporting to the leads in the team
• Providing legal advice to clients in stressful situations
• Keeping up to date with any changes in the law
• Maintsin and nurture existing relationships with valued clients whilst developing new connections
• Maintain organised and up to date files, adhering to the firms policies

Position Requirements:

• 4 years + PQE Private Client Solicitor
• Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate commitment
• Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic, and works well under pressure
• Experience in running your own case-load
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)

Position Remuneration

• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
