Are you a qualified accountant? Does applying your trade to a leading games studio sound appealing? As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making and commercial insights across the business. You will be a key strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and commercial support. This role requires a commercially astute finance professional with strong analytical and modelling skills, excellent stakeholder management and a deep understanding of FP&A, ideally within a fast-moving, PE-backed environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a trusted Finance partner to senior leaders across key business units to provide financial insight, embed cost discipline and challenge decision-making.
  • Build relationships to develop a deep understanding of the business and the drivers of business performance.
  • Provide transparent and actionable budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and optimise business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively recommending corrective actions.
  • Partner with and support key stakeholders to assess financial impacts of transformation projects to support long-term business strategy.
  • Support business cases for investment decisions, including ROI analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll need:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in a PE-backed or technology-driven business is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders.
