- Drive end-to-end feature delivery, balancing scope, quality, and capacity.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify blockers, resource gaps, and scope changes; create mitigation plans or escalate early.
- Lead draft risk registers for your roadmap areas.
Quality Integration
- Partner with QA to embed testing early, run defect triage, and track quality metrics (e.g., defect trends, zero-bug-bounce readiness).
Agile Facilitation & Continuous Improvement
- Run stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives; capture learnings and iterate on team processes.
- Build concise documentation so practices stay clear and repeatable.
Stakeholder & External Coordination
- Keep partners consulted and informed; coordinate small-scale outsourcing or vendor work, ensuring assets land on spec and on time.

- Proven experience in a production-related role (Producer, Project/Program/Product Manager, Development Manager, etc.).
- Hands-on experience guiding cross-discipline game teams through full feature lifecycles.
