We looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to support the future of RuneScape 3, working on one of the world’s longest running and most iconic MMORPGs.
In this role, you’ll help deliver go-to-market plans, messaging and promotional activity across RuneScape’s exciting roadmap. From new quests, bosses, area expansions, and new game modes, all the way through to unforgettable in-person live events, you’ll work on campaigns that keep our world thriving and players engaged.
You’ll work closely with a range of talented teams such as development, production, community, social, CRM, creative and more, playing a key role in bringing our content updates to life, creating epic experiences, and encouraging players to jump in and play!
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Marketing working across a wide range of activations while supporting a live, ever-evolving game with a passionate global community.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Campaign Management: Support the planning and timely execution of go-to-market plans across RuneScape’s key marketing channels such as social, CRM, website, PR, mobile and in-game
- Messaging: Help craft clear, compelling messaging that delights, excites and informs players
- Creative: Work with internal teams to produce a range of high-quality, on-brand marketing assets
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the studio to keep plans aligned, comms clear and campaigns moving in the right direction
- Project Management: Help ensure that tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time, using tools like Notion and Jira
- Reporting: Support campaign reporting to highlight key performance insights, track KPIs and help the team stay informed and proactive
- Player Insights: Stay connected to player sentiment and trends to help shape campaigns with player feedback in mind.
- Campaign Documentation: Keep campaign plans, timelines and outcomes well documented and organised to support reporting, learning and future planning
