Are you a skilled Environment Artist looking to work in a talent team with people who are passionate about what they do?
As an Environment Artist you\’ll create, deliver, and assist in the environment art requirements of the project you are working on. You\’ll collaborate with the wider art team, developers, designers, and art leadership to produce high quality 3D environments.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Assisting the Environment team with project tasks
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality, appealing in-game Environment art
- Collaborate with Leads and Senior Artists to ensure best practices and deliver style consistent environments and assets
- Applying feedback to work in a logical and consistent way
- Plan, schedule and structure daily/weekly tasks to fit with the project schedules
- Adhere to production guides and established working conventions
- Support and promote good team and studio morale in an open, creative environment
What we\’re looking for:
- Software knowledge of Maya (or equalent), Zbrush, Photoshop and Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag
- Basic level of lighting and level design skills
- Understanding and ability of constructing of modular building kits
- Experience making, and high level of appreciation of stylized artwork
- Color theory
- Can do, solution focused approach and attitude to everyday tasks and situations
