Want to lead a high-impact programme that connects platform transformation, player value and commercial growth? We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead the Player Value & Subscriptions Programme at Jagex, a cross‑studio initiative focused on transforming our subscription platform and unlocking new ways to grow player value across RuneScape and Old School RuneScape. This is a high‑impact role at the centre of a complex, commercially significant programme. You’ll drive delivery across technical, commercial, product, finance, marketing, production and game teams, helping bring structure, clarity and momentum to work that touches multiple areas of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Player Value & Subscriptions programme, aligning cross‑studio workstreams so teams move together towards clear, shared outcomes.
  • Drive the transformation of Jagex’s subscription platform, supporting the integration of a fit‑for‑purpose system across multiple go‑to‑market phases.
  • Own holistic programme delivery across time, quality and budget, spanning both platform integration workstreams and new commercial initiatives.
  • Coordinate technical, commercial and go‑to‑market teams to ensure complex moving parts are connected, prioritised and delivered cohesively.
  • Support the creation and execution of new revenue levers that grow player value and improve subscription performance across the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑workstream programmes to time, quality and budget in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to operate at both programme level and delivery detail, creating structure where needed and unblocking progress when required.
  • Strong experience bringing rigour, frameworks and delivery discipline to ambiguous programmes without letting process slow down outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across technical, commercial and product teams.
  • Background in technology, consumer‑facing digital products or subscription‑led businesses; gaming or entertainment experience would be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with subscription platforms, payment systems or go‑to‑market integration programmes would be highly desirable.

What we offer:

  • Private Healthcare, including Dental Plan.
  • Discretionary annual performance bonus.
  • Minimum 6% Pension contributions.
  • Life Insurance.
  • Enhanced family leave policies from day 1.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays & the option to buy/sell holidays + so much more!
