- Design and oversee scalable reporting solutions using Tableau and Periscope, backed by trusted data models in Snowflake.
- Establish KPI definitions, reporting standards, and validation processes that ensure teams operate from a single version of the truth.
- Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and reporting risks, applying rigorous validation and quality control processes.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering to improve upstream data structures, transformation logic, and documentation.
- Drive improvements in reporting performance, data freshness, governance, and stakeholder confidence.
- Implement and champion best practices including GitHub‑based workflows, peer review, release processes, and reporting standards.
- Prioritise work effectively across operational reporting, strategic insight initiatives, and business transformation projects.
