Location: Cambridge, UK. The position supports flexible working options but requires candidates to be based or willing to relocate within commuting distance of our Cambridge office to attend onsite as required. This is a 22-month fixed term contract.
Are you an experienced games producer who enjoys shaping evolving projects and bringing clarity and structure to the way teams work? As a Producer on our RuneScape: Dragonwilds team, you will drive delivery across key areas of development, ensuring features, systems, and content align with roadmap goals, quality expectations, and release targets. You will operate across multidisciplinary teams, coordinating across gameplay, systems, and world content to support a scalable and evolving player experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Own delivery across key areas of the project, ensuring alignment with roadmap milestones, Early Access goals, and release targets.
- Work with Directors, Leads, and Production to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans across gameplay systems, world features, and content updates.
- Track development progress across multiple teams, providing clear reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Identify and manage delivery risks across interconnected systems, defining mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate across disciplines to manage dependencies between gameplay, AI, environment, and progression systems.
- Drive improvements to production processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and workflow optimisation within a live development environment.
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record as a Producer within game development, ideally on open‑world, survival, or systems‑driven titles.
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle game development, particularly within large‑scale or multiplayer environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid development methodologies.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Miro, or similar systems.
- Ability to manage delivery across complex, interconnected systems and multi‑team dependencies.
- Background working on live or evolving products with frequent updates or Early Access development.
