The Lead Marketing Analyst will lead a marketing analytics team supporting the marketing team and studio stakeholders by providing analytics and insights on marketing activities and impact. This role will serve as a central expert in marketing analytics, ensuring best practices to deliver insights that drive marketing decisions.

The Lead Analyst will deliver insights, learnings, and guidance to digital advertising, CRM, customer lifecycle, and our executive team, significantly impacting the studio\’s direction. As a lead, they will manage one senior marketing analyst, developing workflows to deliver insights that inform and improve marketing strategies.

This role is part of the Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering (ADSE) department, which is the core of player, product, and business insights for our games. ADSE supports, gathers, and maintains analytics best practices across the studio.

The ideal candidate merges technical, marketing understanding, and analytical skills to provide actionable insights.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Leading a small analytics team to deliver insights guiding marketing targeting, spend, and impact decisions.
  • Owning full-funnel cross-platform player analysis using tools like Google Analytics, attribution partners, and customer data platforms.
  • Enhancing marketing campaign decision-making by integrating attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling data.
  • Partnering with data science to build and improve prediction models such as LTV and Churn analysis.
  • Managing marketing forecast models to inform future budgets and marketing performance.
  • Applying statistical analysis to optimize marketing testing methodologies.
  • Developing best practices and transparent workflows for marketing reporting and insights.
  • Managing stakeholders across the studio, developing analyses, and delivering insights to support marketing decisions.
  • Building relationships across the studio to promote a data-driven partnership.
  • Collaborating with data engineering to manage data requirements supporting high-quality deliverables.

What we\’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics within a B2C company.
  • Experience leading analysts and delivering high-quality insights.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven success in driving meaningful change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures (AWS, Snowflake, OLAP).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and creative problem-solving abilities.
