As a Producer on Central Technology you’ll be the heartbeat of a cross-disciplinary feature team, turning ambitious ideas into systems that scale to support millions of players. Partnering with Senior and Lead Producers, you’ll translate the product roadmap into crystal-clear milestones, build resilient delivery plans, and keep Product, Design, Engineering, and QA moving in sync. Your knack for structured planning, risk spotting, and servant leadership ensures every sprint stays on target, every release hits its quality bar, and every teammate feels empowered to do their best work—all while keeping player value front and center.
What you'll be doing:
- Align & Inspire: Champion product goals with your squad, ensuring everyone understands why and what we’re building. Integrate player insights and cross-functional input into feature planning and discovery.
- Plan & Deliver: Build and maintain roadmaps, milestone plans, and sprint goals; keep them visible through dashboards, burndowns, and status reports. Drive end-to-end feature delivery, balancing scope, quality, and capacity.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify blockers, resource gaps, and scope changes; create mitigation plans or escalate early. Lead draft risk registers for your roadmap areas.
- Quality Integration: Partner with QA to embed testing early, run defect triage, and track quality metrics (e.g., defect trends, zero-bug-bounce readiness).
- Agile Facilitation & Continuous Improvement: Run stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives; capture learnings and iterate on team processes. Build concise documentation so practices stay clear and repeatable.
- Stakeholder & External Coordination: Keep partners consulted and informed; coordinate small-scale outsourcing or vendor work, ensuring assets land on spec and on time.
- Team Health & Coaching: Foster a culture of psychological safety, creativity, and growth; mentor peers, model servant leadership, and help nip burnout or conflict in the bud. Monitor and mitigate financial risks, aligning resources with product and business objectives to ensure sustainable, high-impact outcomes. Represent Production across the studio — championing player-focused, data-informed decision-making, sharing best practices, and elevating cross-team collaboration.

- Proven experience in a production-related role (Producer, Project/Program/Product Manager, Development Manager, etc.).
- Hands-on experience guiding cross-discipline game teams through full feature lifecycles.
- Proven ability to build milestone & sprint plans, track progress with dashboards, and adjust based on data.
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban, prioritisation frameworks, and structured thinking techniques.
- Familiarity with QA workflows and integrating testing into development pipelines.
- Strong communication, facilitation, EQ, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Private Healthcare, including Dental Plan.
- Minimum 6% Pension contributions.
- Employee Assistance Programme & onsite Counselling.
- Life Insurance.
- Discretionary annual performance bonus.
- Enhanced family leave policies from day 1.
- Flexible working hours.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays & the option to buy/sell holidays + so much more!
