Jagex Limited is seeking a Technical SME within the Player Support team in Cambridge. You will be the internal expert on technical aspects of game delivery across cloud and on-premise systems, coordinating cross-team efforts to resolve live-game issues for millions of players.
You’ll own projects that improve player experiences, act as the Voice of the Player, and work with stakeholders across Jagex to drive timely, high-quality solutions under pressure.
