As we continue to expand our footprint across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for a highly skilled and commercially-minded Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in providing insightful financial analysis, business partnering with key stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional to make a tangible impact in a growing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support commercial decision-making across product, pricing, and performance areas
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Business partner with merchandising, operations, marketing, and e-commerce teams to provide financial insight and drive profitability
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and the executive team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for investment and strategic initiatives
About You
- Prior experience in a retail, food + beverage, FMCG, or consumer-facing business is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially focused with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of initiative
