We are working with a dynamic, multi-site leisure/fitness business based in Central London to recruit a Management Accountant at part-qualified or finalist level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced organisation with a strong brand presence and a collaborative finance function.

Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality management information, supporting operational stakeholders, and helping drive commercial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple sites
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Detailed P&L analysis with commentary for senior stakeholders
  • Business partnering with site managers and operational teams
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
  • Support year-end processes and liaise with auditors as required
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
About You
  • Part-qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Previous experience in a management accounting role
  • Exposure to multi-site, leisure, hospitality or retail environments is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
  • Commercially minded with the ability to communicate financial information clearly
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
