We are working with a dynamic, multi-site leisure/fitness business based in Central London to recruit a Management Accountant at part-qualified or finalist level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced organisation with a strong brand presence and a collaborative finance function.
Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality management information, supporting operational stakeholders, and helping drive commercial decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple sites
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Detailed P&L analysis with commentary for senior stakeholders
- Business partnering with site managers and operational teams
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Support year-end processes and liaise with auditors as required
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Part-qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Previous experience in a management accounting role
- Exposure to multi-site, leisure, hospitality or retail environments is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
- Commercially minded with the ability to communicate financial information clearly
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Salary of £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience and qualification level
