- Business Partnering: Partner with commercial teams to support pricing, promotions, and margin optimisation.
- Translate strategic initiatives into financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency between financial plans and operational delivery.
- Pricing & Commercial Analysis: Deliver analysis on pricing and promotional performance, including ROI and key commercial drivers.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions through financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Performance & Reporting: Analyse financial and commercial performance, identifying trends and key drivers of profitability.
- Highlight risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business priorities.
Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles, ideally in a multi-site or consumer-facing environment. Strong financial modelling and analytical capability. Experience supporting senior stakeholders with clear, insight-driven analysis. Advanced Excel skills; Understanding of margin dynamics and commercial performance drivers. Strong commercial awareness and ability to link financials to business performance. Clear and confident communication with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
