An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Management Accounts to join a fast-growing hospitality group based in Central London. This is a key leadership role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to manage a small team while driving process improvement and helping to build a more robust and scalable finance function. The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the management accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies across the wider finance operation. You will manage a team of two and play a hands-on role in supporting the business through an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across finance operations
  • Implement stronger financial controls and more robust reporting procedures
  • Business partner with operational stakeholders across the group
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Review and improve existing systems and workflows
  • Assist with strategic and ad hoc finance projects

About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong management accounts experience, must have experience within hospitality, leisure, retail, or multi-site environments
  • Previous team management experience
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiencies
  • Commercially minded with strong communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
