With ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a highly skilled and commercially astute Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance.

About the Role: The Head of FP&A will be responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions, providing strategic insights to senior leadership. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong commercial mindset, experience in multi-site operations, and a passion for the fast-paced QSR sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A function, ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis and insights.
  • Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse key business drivers, performance trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions, new store openings, and expansion strategies.
  • Improve financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Drive automation and system enhancements to streamline reporting and analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the senior leadership team and board.

Required Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with previous FP&A experience.
  • Experience within the QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-site sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
