About the Role

We’re working with a fast-growing, digitally led consumer business with an innovative commercial model and ambitious plans for continued growth.

As FP&A Manager and a key member of the Commercial Finance & Insights team, you’ll play an important role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and wants to have a tangible impact within a scaling business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in people with the right combination of technical capability, commercial curiosity and a proactive mindset.

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in a similar commercial finance, FP&A or finance insights role.
  • Experience within e-commerce, consumer, retail or another high-growth environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with experience working across the technology and reporting environments typically found within fast-growing businesses.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and translating them into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, with demonstrable experience building models from commercial assumptions through to the primary financial statements.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools, or a strong willingness to develop these skills.
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and support the development of more junior team members.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Commercially minded, self-motivated and keen to make a meaningful contribution to a growing business.
  • A strong process mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the FP&A reporting framework, ensuring reporting processes are efficient, accurate and delivered on time.
  • Support the preparation of board and senior leadership reporting, translating financial and commercial performance into clear strategic narratives.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, including P&L and cash flow planning, periodic reforecasts and regular revenue updates.
  • Prepare business performance analysis using both financial and non-financial data to identify key performance drivers.
  • Partner with budget owners and the management accounting team to identify and communicate material risks and opportunities.
  • Support the senior commercial finance leadership team with scenario modelling, ad hoc analysis and strategic reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects supporting the continued growth and development of the business.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, driving greater efficiency across the commercial finance function.
  • Take ownership of processes from end to end and continuously look for ways to improve the quality, speed and impact of financial insight.

The business offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employees both professionally and personally, including:

Holiday & Flexibility

  • Competitive annual leave allowance.
  • Additional time off for your birthday.
  • Flexible approach to bank holidays.
  • Inclusive parental leave arrangements.
  • Hybrid working, with three days per week in the Oxford Circus office.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support.
  • Access to a range of health and wellbeing initiatives.

Additional Benefits

  • Employee discounts and company benefits.
  • A range of lifestyle and wellbeing benefits.
  • Support for employees at different stages of their personal and professional lives.
