Do you thrive in a fast-paced, service-led environment? We are seeking a Services FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing facilities management business based in West London . About the Role As the Services FP&A Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of hard and soft FM services. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll lead planning, forecasting, and analysis for a key business unit, acting as a trusted finance partner to operational and senior leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process for service lines within the FM business. Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends. Partner with operational leads to drive efficiencies, margin improvement, and commercial outcomes. Prepare monthly reporting packs and deliver clear commentary to finance and non-finance stakeholders. Support bids, tenders, and contract reviews with financial modelling and scenario planning. Identify risks and opportunities, recommending actionable strategies. Improve and develop FP&A tools, dashboards, and reporting processes. What We’re Looking For Strong FP&A background, ideally in a services or contract-led business (FM experience a plus). Excellent business partnering and communication skills – able to influence at all levels. Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity spotting.
