Are you a commercially focused finance professional with a passion for driving performance and strategic insight? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, service-led environment? We are seeking a Services FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing facilities management business based in West London.

About the Role

As the Services FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of hard and soft FM services. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll lead planning, forecasting, and analysis for a key business unit, acting as a trusted finance partner to operational and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process for service lines within the FM business.
  • Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends.
  • Partner with operational leads to drive efficiencies, margin improvement, and commercial outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packs and deliver clear commentary to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Support bids, tenders, and contract reviews with financial modelling and scenario planning.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, recommending actionable strategies.
  • Improve and develop FP&A tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong FP&A background, ideally in a services or contract-led business (FM experience a plus).
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills – able to influence at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity spotting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools beneficial.
