Are you a commercially focused finance professional with a passion for driving performance and strategic insight? We are seeking a Services FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing facilities management business based in West London.
As the Services FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of hard and soft FM services. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll lead planning, forecasting, and analysis for a key business unit, acting as a trusted finance partner to operational and senior leadership teams.
- Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process for service lines within the FM business.
- Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends.
- Partner with operational leads to drive efficiencies, margin improvement, and commercial outcomes.
- Prepare monthly reporting packs and deliver clear commentary to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Support bids, tenders, and contract reviews with financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Identify risks and opportunities, recommending actionable strategies.
Strong FP&A background, ideally in a services or contract-led business (FM experience a plus). Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity spotting. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools beneficial. Be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team.
