JAG Talent is partnered with an International Travel Group to support with hiring 2 Finance Business Partners into their growing team. They are looking for commercially minded finance professionals to support strategic decision-making across the business. This role offers high exposure to senior leadership and requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build effective relationships in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
- Deliver clear analysis to help department heads understand and manage their financial performance.
- Review and support outputs from offshore finance teams.
- Identify cost efficiencies, commercial opportunities, and manage financial risks.
- Lead variance analysis and provide actionable insights in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Prepare and present monthly reporting packs and P&L updates, including KPIs and risk assessments.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and competitor/market analysis.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA with at least 2-3 years post-qualification experience
- Capability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Pro-active, holding a continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting / bid modelling experience
- Thorough, accurate and strong attention to detail, able to look at the bigger picture when appropriate
- PowerBI experience preferred
