This is a commission‑only, self‑employed position offering complete calendar flexibility and an exceptionally high, uncapped commission split. You bring the property expertise and local drive; we provide the established JAFS brand, compliance framework, back‑office support, and marketing tools to help you succeed.
What You Will Do
- Launch the Patch: Act as the face of JAFS in your region, proactively building local brand awareness from scratch.
- Win Instructions: Prospect, network, and conduct property valuations to secure new sales and lettings listings.
- Own the Process: Manage your clients end‑to‑end, from the initial valuation and marketing to viewings, negotiations, and final completion.
- Build Relationships: Deliver an exceptional, personalised service that turns local homeowners and landlords into lifelong clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience within UK residential estate agency (Sales or Lettings).
- A fierce “hunter” mentality with a track record of winning new business and instructions.
- Deep local knowledge of the target patch and a strong professional network.
- High self‑discipline, resilience, and the desire to build your own business under our brand banner.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
