OurHouse is seeking a hands-on Floor Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team on busy service. You’ll set the tone, mentor staff, and act as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring our members have a warm, effortless visit.
You’ll oversee opening/closing, drive upselling, manage the digital ordering platform, and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards while building lasting relationships with members and their families.
