Make OurHouse Your Home
OurHouse was created as a sanctuary for modern families, a place where parents can feel at home, children can thrive, and everyday life feels a little easier.
What You'll Do
- Welcome members and their families with warmth, and build familiarity with regulars β remembering names, preferences, and the little details
- Anticipate needs before they're asked β a refill, a high chair, a moment of attention for a child
- Take orders confidently and deliver food and drinks accurately, following OurHouse service standards
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients and allergens, to guide and advise members
- Support set-up and close-down of the floor, and handle member queries with care, escalating where needed
- Uphold high standards of presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout every shift
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- A natural warmth with people β comfortable with everyone from toddlers to grandparents
- Great attention to detail and a calm, adaptable approach when things get busy
- A genuine team player who looks out for colleagues as much as members
- Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential β we hire for personality and teach the skills
- Awareness of food allergens and basic food hygiene, or willingness to complete training before starting
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Why OurHouse?
- Competitive salary + service charge
- Free staff meals on shift
- Employee discounts across OurHouse venues
- Free on-site gym access & cycle-to-work scheme
- Ongoing training and real progression opportunities within the group
