The Inside Sales and Service Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and service excellence through proactive sales support and responsive customer care. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing product and service information. By building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, the Inside Sales and Service Specialist contributes directly to customer satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Onboard and support customers, drive renewals, and maintain CRM records.
- 1-3 years of sales/customer service experience, CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Remote, 37.5 hours/week with occasional extra hours. Long seated/computer work.
