We are looking for an experienced Talent Manger with a proven track record of excellent client / talent management and booking performance, to join our Reach Division in our Manchester Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with social media creators.
- Source and negotiate paid brand partnerships.
- Pitch talent to brands, agencies and marketing teams.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables and campaign fees.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all content is delivered on schedule.
- Identify new commercial opportunities for creators.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging social platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands and agency partners.
- Support creators with career development and long-term growth strategies.
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting where required.
