We are a fast-growing toy and model retailer, combining a strong online business with a busy and evolving retail store. We are a hands‑on, ambitious business with a genuine passion for what we sell. Our retail store plays a key role in that journey, and we are now looking for a Retail Operations Manager to help take it to the next level. This is not a standard store manager role. It is an opportunity to step into a leadership position where you can make a real impact on how the store operates, performs and develops.
The role involves working closely with our existing Store Manager as part of a collaborative leadership team.
Focus: Stepping back to improve processes, performance and team capability. This is a hands‑on role. You will be present on the shop floor, leading from the front, while also bringing structure, commercial thinking and continuous improvement into the operation.
What you will be doing:
