Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products in order to help customers

Required Skills

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail setting is essential
• Customer Engagement: Confident and personable when interacting with customers
• Dynamic Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy store atmosphere
• Sales Skills: Ability to demonstrate products and encourage upselling effectively
• Organisation Skills: Strong organisation for managing stock, displays, and keeping the sales floor presentable

Our store is currently open 7 days a week and weekend work is required.

We are looking for a part-time assistant to work across 4 days including weekends. This role can be split so is either just weekday or weekends too.

Job Types: Part‑time, Permanent

Pay: £12.90 per hour
