We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Talent Recruiter responsibilities include working with our Co-Founders and heads of department to identify current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings on LinkedIn, Business of Fashion, Fashion Workie and Instagram, conducting telephone screens and coordinating interviews. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and booking interviews. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
- Schedule all interviews for candidates, hiring managers/ Co-Founders for all roles across the business
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
- Screen CVs and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including telephone screens
- Report to hiring managers, HR manager and Co-Founders on the status of open positions
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Determine qualification criteria for each position with hiring managers
- Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
- Provide interview feedback
- Help new hires onboard
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role in Fashion
- Experience using LinkedIn and Instagram to post jobs and outreach new candidates
- Good knowledge of Fashion and Creative spaces and how to attract new creatives/ artists
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
- Have a can-do, self-starter attitude and work style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
