Role Overview
The Head of Marketing must manage several key relationships and stakeholders across the business, with various KPIs and brand goals to juggle. As such, collaboration skills, organisation and creative insight are central to this role. We are looking for someone who has been responsible for setting a social strategy and implementing it across multiple platforms, with experience in creating, posting and optimising content. The ability to analyse data and performance is a must, as is a passion for social media and the fashion/apparel market. Management experience is also required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with Head of Brands and Head of Partnerships to develop commercial planner to ensure all departments are working to same deadlines for company-wide marketing calendar on air table.
- Tracking: Working alongside CFO to closely monitor and sign off budgets across the whole womens and menswear marketing departments.
- Deliver all planned content on time for launches and on budget.
- Ensure launches are fully planned, approved, scheduled and ready across all social media channels.
