Reports to: Wholesale Account Manager
Role overview: To support the Head of Department and Wholesale Account Manager in managing the sales process to wholesaler customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in all aspects of the smooth running of wholesale partnerships.
- Support creating Line sheets – per order, per customer.
- Check and enter orders in company system.
- Confirm delivery windows with Production – follow up with Manager if delays.
- Highlight Order changes.
- Communicate with customers changes before orders are confirmed.
- Wholesale Samples management.
- Analysing sell through reports.
- Look at customer sites and critique.
- Support Manager with preparing for wholesale meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Wholesale environment.
- Previous experience working with wholesalers including Zalando/Urban/US Dept Stores.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Flexible work approach, great communication skills and able to liaise with all departments.
- Accuracy with great attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, a keen problem-solver.
