We’re looking for a highly organised, driven, and fast‑paced Production Coordinator to support the menswear production function across Ecom and Wholesale. You’ll thrive in a fast‑moving environment, be confident managing multiple priorities at once, and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. This role requires someone proactive, detail‑focused, and commercially aware, with the ability to work at pace while maintaining exceptional product quality and delivery standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage menswear production across Ecom and Wholesale, ensuring all product is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Work at a fast pace across multiple product categories, managing shifting priorities and critical deadlines efficiently.
  • Act as a key point of contact for factories and suppliers across China and Turkey.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end production process, from fit stage through to final delivery.
  • Manage the production critical path, ensuring all milestones are achieved and proactively resolving any risks or delays.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate system management and invoice control.
  • Work closely with Design, Technical, Garment Technology, Buying, Merchandising, and Wholesale teams to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Support wholesale deliveries and ensure customer requirements and shipping deadlines are met.
  • Conduct QC inspections and manage internal production checks to uphold product standards.
  • Support traceability and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Analyse returns and identify recurring production or quality issues to drive improvements.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, ensuring strong working relationships and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience within fashion production.
  • Previous experience working within fully factored / finished goods production.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong supplier and factory management experience.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and production / stock management systems; Shopify experience is beneficial.
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to take ownership of workload and priorities.
  • Ability to manage projects from development through to final production and delivery.
