The Retail & Activations Producer will support the planning and delivery of Jaded's global physical experiences from pop-ups and store builds to brand activations and events. This role sits within the Brand team and works closely with the Retail & Marketing departments to help bring Jaded's world to life across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end production of pop-ups, retail store builds, and brand activations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and critical paths, ensuring milestones are met.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, design, and logistics) to keep information flow and deadlines aligned.
- Help source and manage suppliers, contractors, and production partners, obtaining quotes and tracking deliverables.
- Coordinate on-site logistics, including deliveries, installations, and breakdowns, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Support the budget tracking process, raising POs and reconciling invoices where needed.
- Assist with international projects, helping to manage timelines, shipping, and local partner communication.
- Gather content and visuals from activations for use across Jaded's social and PR channels.
- Keep detailed documentation of all projects to ensure accuracy and consistency for future builds.
- Stay up to date with retail, experiential, and design trends to help bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years' experience in retail production, events, or experiential marketing, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Highly organised and detail oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
- Confident working with critical paths, budgets, and timelines.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and external partners.
- Positive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
- Passionate about fashion, brand experiences, and global culture.
- Willing to travel internationally to support activations when needed.
