Temp to Perm Cleaner Salary: £22,400 Monday – Friday Redhill Must have driving licence! Our client are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join their Voids team. Working as a team, they aim to help to build homes and change lives. They are also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver a quality cleaning service to (unoccupied) properties. Key responsibilities include: * Sweeping/hoovering/mopping floors and dusting/washing ledges, window seals, etc. * Cleaning carpets * Cleaning kitchens (including ovens), bathrooms, toilets, handbasins/sinks and walls. * Transporting waste to allocated bin areas. * Operating equipment (including works vehicle and a handheld IT device for recording work done). Duties For this role, we are looking for someone with the following * A full, clean driving licence. * The ability to lift and carry equipment/materials and to climb stairs and ladders. * Proven team-working skills, plus the ability to work on your own initiative and possibly carry out minor repair tasks. * Good verbal communication with residents, team members and others You will also share their values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
