Location: Dorking

Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour

Shift Pattern: Alternating weekly

  • Week 1: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Week 2: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately recording inventory and stock movements
  • Performing tasks related to goods receipt, put away, order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Operate forklifts Reach Counterbalance where trained authorised to do so
  • Operate hand trucks, trollies, platform lifts and other mechanical and electric lift equipment for loads of 25 Kilo
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment by upholding high housekeeping standards

Experience Requirements

  • Basic understanding of warehouse layouts, stock identification, and general warehouse procedures
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential for this position.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • A reliable team player with energy, enthusiasm, and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
