Job Description
Restaurant Manager
Location: Dorking
Salary: Up to £38,000
Rota Basis – Mon – Sun, 2 days off per 7 (40 hours per week, Rota basis)
Duties of Restaurant Manager:
Would work directly under the Food and Banqueting Manager as the face of the Restaurant.
– Managing a team of 3 Supervisors under them who would run breakfasts and lunches, with suitable candidates primary focus being on dinner.
– Working alongside a talented bar manager to ensure that the guest journey is exceptional; From arriving in the bar for cocktails, to being taken through to their table within the restaurant.
– Dinner covers range from 30-50, Monday to Thursday with Friday – Saturday up to 140 covers each night.
– Create suitable Rotas for the FOH team.
– Communicate with Agencies regarding agency staff when needed.
– Would suit an existing Assistant Manager looking for first Head of Department position, lots of support given on job.
