Driver / General Warehouse Operative in Redhill

Location: Horley

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:00pm | Friday, 7:00am–12:00pm

Our client is recruiting for a Driver / General Operative to join a busy team in Horley. This is a varied role combining driving responsibilities with general factory duties, ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on and happy to get involved wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out driving and delivery duties as required.
• Assist with general factory and operational tasks when not driving.
• Support colleagues with a range of manual and ad hoc duties.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A full, clean driving licence.
• A reliable and hardworking approach.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual work.
• Flexibility to stay away overnight on rare occasions.
• A willingness to take on a varied role and support the wider team.

Previous experience in a driving, warehouse, factory or general operative role would be advantageous, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude are equally important.
