Role Overview As a Store Manager, you are a key driver of performance, team engagement and operational excellence in our Bicester store. Leading by example on the sales floor, you embody Jacquemus’ solar, joyful and authentic spirit, while ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial results and optimal stock management. In a fast-paced and highly seasonal environment, you inspire and coach your team daily, balancing business performance, people leadership and operational rigor to support brand desirability and store efficiency.
