We’re looking for highly skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Managers to join our growing team of Expert Witnesses, providing specialist care cost assessments for personal injury and clinical negligence cases. This fully remote, self-employed opportunity allows you to work flexibly while expanding your medico-legal skills, increasing your earning potential, and having a tangible impact on legal outcomes for children and their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth assessments of long-term care needs for children and young people with catastrophic injuries (e.g., cerebral palsy, brain injuries, spinal injuries).
- Create detailed, evidence-based care cost reports for court proceedings.
- Collaborate in legal case conferences and expert meetings.
- Review and respond to new evidence until case resolution.
