Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist. Current experience working with traumatic injuries (spinal injury, brain injury, orthopaedic, neurological, or complex cases). Experience in community-based rehabilitation and long-term care planning. Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and report-writing skills.
