Our Client is a leading independent risk and treasury advisory firm supporting financial sponsors and corporates across Europe, the US and Asia. The firm combines deep quantitative expertise with senior level advisory capability to deliver sophisticated interest rate and FX risk solutions.

Role Summary: A senior, client facing advisory role focused on providing specialist interest rate and foreign exchange risk expertise. You will lead complex hedging engagements, develop advanced analytical tools and play an active role in business development and client relationship growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on interest rate and foreign exchange risk management strategies, including the structuring and execution of hedging solutions.
  • Develop bespoke analytical tools and financial models across multi asset portfolios, including cross correlated simulation capabilities.
  • Lead and support risk management assignments from proposal stage through to delivery, ensuring high professional standards.
  • Work closely with financial sponsors and corporate treasury teams to understand risk exposures and design appropriate strategies.
  • Contribute actively to business development through client relationship management, proposal development and new opportunity origination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance analytics capabilities and standardise client deliverables.
  • Support the continued growth of the global advisory platform through strategic input and market engagement.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in risk management, treasury advisory or a related field.
  • Hands on experience designing and executing interest rate and or foreign exchange hedging strategies.
  • In depth knowledge of financial derivatives including swaps, forwards and options.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modelling capability.
  • Experience within a management consultancy, advisory firm, banking environment or corporate treasury function.
  • Demonstrated business development experience with the ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear commercial advice.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute directly to business growth and performance.
