Reporting to Global Head of Compliance Controls.
New global function established to harmonise regions to global standard, additionally encompassing harmonisation of new entities acquired.
Providing 2LOD oversight across AML, CTF, Sanctions, Fraud and digital asset monitoring controls.
Designing and embedding core financial crime controls across the Group — including new entity integration and controls flowing from material business change.
Check and challenge core Financial Crime system controls (TM/Screening) Partner with Transformation teams — advising on control requirements and driving remediation.
The ideal candidate will bring significant financial crime compliance experience within financial services, with a strong track record of managing control implementation following acquisition or transformation programs.
Proven ability to assess and challenge control design across AML, Sanctions, Fraud and CTF frameworks. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and representing FCC at governance forums.
