  • Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior team members
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all events
  • Maintain clear communication with venue stakeholders

Standards & Compliance

  • Follow company policies, health & safety regulations and venue procedures
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and daily handovers
  • Ensure workspaces, control rooms and storage areas remain organised

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with vMix, streaming workflows and PTZ camera systems (BirdDog desirable)
  • Proven background delivering live and hybrid events
  • Confident troubleshooting AV systems in a live environment
  • Ability to lead projects and support other technicians
  • Organised, proactive and client‑focused

Why This Role?
