In this newly created exciting opportunity as Process Engineering Lead, you will gain the opportunity to take on a high‑profile client‑facing role, shaping, developing and implementing technical excellence, influencing best practices, and playing a pivotal role in delivering sustainable water solutions.

Your remit will include:

  • Provide technical leadership, advice and support to resolve issues and overcome obstacles across projects.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new initiatives, challenging technical solutions, maximising Client value.
  • Lead multi‑disciplined teams delivering excellence for our clients across all phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Lead and optimise process engineering delivery across the Framework programme.
  • Foster and continuously develop a partnership working relationship with our Client and JV partners.
  • Mentor, coach and support personal and professional development of colleagues and peers.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A progressive career leading multi-disciplinary Design teams within the water sector.
  • Demonstrable track record in the development, engineering and delivery of innovative complex solutions.
  • Chartered Ceng/IChem.
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders across all functional disciplines, skills and areas of expertise.
  • Comfortable building professional relationships while fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent organisational and proactive planning skills, comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and meetings.
  • Innovative and technical excellence mindset – committed to continuous improvement and team personal and professional development.
