What will you get? The Graduate Development Programme is a structured two‑year scheme designed to support your development at the start of your Jacobs career journey. Through blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking, you will establish yourself as knowledgeable and competent across four key focus areas – human skills, consulting skills, championing our strategy, and pursuing your passions. The programme is an experience model; a large portion of your learning will be on‑the‑job. You’ll work with your manager and mentor to collect the learning experiences that will be most meaningful for you. The successful candidate will assist and interact with colleagues across various teams such as GIS, Data, Programming and Asset Management. You will use your skills to provide knowledge and insights from the multiple sources of data that we generate while becoming familiar with the real‑life problems we solve for our clients. This role is based in Stevenage and the start date is September 2026.

• A strong interest in Data Science and a degree in Data Science or a similar numerate degree (e.g., Engineering)
