About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Bridges & Structures team, you’ll help drive value across a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, supporting our shift to a solutions‑focused, digitally enabled approach. With a strong focus on sustainability and decarbonisation, you’ll lead the delivery of innovative structural solutions across highways, rail, aviation, energy and power sectors.

You’ll lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams from feasibility through to detailed design, producing high‑quality technical and contract documentation. Working collaboratively across disciplines and with our UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams, you’ll optimise resources, champion diverse thinking and continuously improve how we deliver for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead bridge and structure projects from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Produce high‑quality technical and contract documentation.
  • Mentor multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams.
  • Optimise resources, champion diverse thinking and continuously improve delivery.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Chartership (or close to achieving).
  • Project management skills related to bridge design or other disciplines.
  • Strong technical design and practical problem‑solving skills.
  • Background experience in bridge design, asset management, structures renewals and post‑tensioned structures (including PTSI) preferred.
